It has been decided on the council level to rent the above-mentioned stores; twelve stores to al-khawâjah Ibrâm al-Basrâwî, Amîn al-Saqlî and Ishâq Haqnîr for one year starting at the first of Muharram (1)317 until Dhi al-Hijjah (1)317 and for a rent totalling two hundred and forty French Liras to be paid to the treasury [of the council] in advance. In order for this to be approved, this decision was taken on the 18th of Mâyis (1)315 (29th of May 1899).
