Description The petitioner is Mustafa Zâid, the guarantor of the multazim of the announcement tax to the account of three years as of 1313 (1897-1898) for 3,150 piasters per each year. Up until today, this multazim has only paid 1,834.5 piasters from the iltizam cost for 1313 (1897-1898). It is thus appropriate to relegate the matter to the Municipal Police Force so as to explain that, following the reorganization of a Dutch auction of 1,310 piasters due from that year’s cost and the iltizam cost of the said tax to the account of other two years, the surety bond cannot be returned to the petitioner if the necessary amount is not given, which would not suffice if it is not increased to its previous cost by its suitor. The 4th of Mârt (1)314 (16th of March 1898).
