Description | The methods of opposition assumed by those opposing the Regulation regarding the Provision of Military Transportation Vehicles shall be, in compliance with the hierarchy, reported to the governors of provinces with a mandate by the Commissions for the Provision of Transportation Vehicles. According to the provisions of the 52. article of the said regulation, apart from the legal punishment given depending on the type and degree of the offense committed also by the province, a fine of 1 lira to 10 liras shall be collected from the perpetrator. Hence, as regards declaring the names of those hesitating to slaughter animals for the purpose of punishment, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the municipal police force.
