The new treasurer for the municipal council has not been nominated yet. Until one is nominated, the council has decided that the former treasury secretary (amîn al sundûq) Rahâmîm Effendi Mizrâhi will receive all funds coming in for the year (1)314 per proxy. In order to publish this, this decision was taken on the 5th of Mârt (1)314 (17th of March 1898).
