Description | In the telegram sent from the Syrian Province, it was stated that cholera broke out in Damascus on 13 October 1891. The work of the said caique was thereupon called to a halt as of this date until 25 November 1891. A doctor was appointed there to serve between 25 November 1891 and 29 January 1892. It has been understood from the decision, dated 29 February 1892, given by our council after the examination of relevant records, that no other ware or animal was carried other than thirty people, as shown by the quarantine incomes accrued during this period. The 20th of Tishrîn Thânî (1)311 (2nd of December 1895). [7 signatures] |
