Description | Upon the petition presented by Süleyman Medesfarh Hazal (?), Şirkas Cadullah İsa (?), Cirbis Yakup and İbrahim Yakup Hazal from the townsfolk of Bethlehem The said buildings have been inspected in the presence of the Director of Bethlehem; as can be understood from the hereby presented inspection register and map, these buildings are located in the midst of a dead-end street. The width of the street entrance is 2 meters and 10 centimeters, bestrided by low and tall wooden buildings; and the width of the street located in front of the building of Beşara Baiş (?), the defendant, is 4 archine and three quarters, including the land he purchased from his neighbor, and this is in conformity with the license. It has been understood that there would be no convenience for the said buildings to be completed in accordance with the attached map. Examination of the notification by the petitioners and taking due action in respect thereof fall within the remit of the Bethlehem Municipal Council. It is thus appropriate to notify the Directorate of the Kaza of Bethlehem that there would be no inconvenience for these buildings to be completed in accordance with the license given to them after elucidating them about the situation. The 27th of Kânûn Thânî (1)324 (9th of February 1909). |
