Description | Panayot Huş (?) Rûmi / Müslim (?) Afure Rûmi / Süleyman the Officer In the report given by the engineers, it is stated that the above-written nuns named Sen Jozef, who are from the people of the town of Bethlehem and under the auspices of the French state, started an unlicensed construction of a church in the locale near Seydenâ Akaşe which belongs to them. Even though a search was carried out to find and take necessary legal action against them, they could not be found. As it was understood that they would be in the town of Bethlehem on Sunday, it is appropriate to give an order to the municipal police with regard to sending a cavalry so as to arrest and summon them to the office of the municipality. The 19th of Mayîs (1)317 (1st of June 1901). [4 signatures] |
