Description | It has been declared in the letter given today by the municipal engineer that an unlicensed construction of a church was initiated in the location which is near Seyyidena Akaşe, and that it belongs to the nuns named Mar Yosef Nuns under the patronage of the French state. It is appropriate to notify the relevant persons that the construction work be stopped and no construction be made without the necessary license, as it is first necessary to obtain an imperial permission for the construction of a temple or church.
