Description | The livestock sale tax and butchers’ tax, commonly owned by the Goods’ Fund and the Municipal Fund, were put on Dutch auction to the account of 1312 (1896 – 1897). After the completion of bidding, it was decided that the butchers’ tax be undertaken at a rate of 39,100 piasters and livestock sale at a rate of 20,000 piasters. As the said costs have been considered higher than their previous costs, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Sanjak Administrative Council for taking necessary legal action in respect thereof. The 6th of Mârt (1)312 (18th of March 1896). [6 signatures] |
