Description | For the use in the Municipal Hospital, surgical instruments, worth of 402 Franc 80 centime, have now reached on behalf of the “Municipal Pharmacist”. As ordered in the letter, dated 31 August 1892 and numbered 157, sent from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, it is necessary that goods at a worth of 54,000 piasters be annually exempted from customs duty for the said hospital. Hence, it is appropriate to write a decree from the office of Mutasarrifate and to notify the Jaffa Tax Directorate that no customs duty shall be taken from the said surgical instruments. The 20th of Mârt (1)311 (1st of April 1895). [1 signature] |
