Description It was reported by the municipal engineer that the dilapidated wall on the southern side of the house owned by the Nimr (?) family, in the Şark Neighborhood, must be demolished. In accordance with the 53. article of the Public Buildings Regulation, this matter was notified to the said family, but nothing has been done as yet. If the said wall is not demolished, it will pose threat for the neighborhood residents, passersby and the buildings nearby. It has been approved that the said wall be demolished by the council members Tahir Bey and Hacı Huseyin Bey, and the engineer Ibrahim Effendi. It is thus appropriate to relegate the matter to the municipal police force. The 14th of Tishrîn Awwal (1)313 (26th of October 1897).
