Description | The petitioners are indeed poor and needy and their fathers have been deployed as Reserve soldiers. It has turned out that they cannot afford to make their living and there are many families of Reserve soldiers just like them. Something must be done to facilitate their requirements. Hence, as regards temporarily reserving some amount of money for each batman of meat to be sold at the town until the return of the soldiers in question, as allotted to the families of Reserve soldiers recently recruited, i.e., in year 97, or finding a different way to handle the situation, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Sanjak Administrative Council. The 22nd of Tishrîn Thânî (1)311 (4th of December 1895). [5 signatures] |
