Description | After bringing in the carriage owners and asking them to pay expenses for water sprinkling, they pledged to pay three Mitaliks for each carriage that works from Huzayrân (1)313, until Tishrîn Thâni (1)313. If the municipality managed this matter, other issues will follow, and a special commissioner should be appointed. Accordingly, the council has decided to give them money in bulk. After that Yacob Shaker Aghâ pledged to pay a sum of 5,000 piasters, to be paid in four installments according to the official currency. Since this has been found appropriate, this decision was taken on the 29th of Mâyîs (1)313 (10th of June 1897). [5 signatures] |
