Description

Since it was stated in the letter given by the accounting and the committee for outstanding taxes that no license be given for any building construction before the complete payment of the tax requested from the said Montefiore’s place, granting license has been prohibited. The petitioners stated that they would pay the tax after the distribution of it. It is necessary to send a decree to the tax office in order to report whether a license shall be given to the buildings, whose construction is Requested to be completed after necessary transactions are carried out in the tax office. The 3rd of Huzayrân (1)315 (15th of June 1899).
