Description | An unlicensed house, at a length of 30 arşıns, width of 20 arşıns and measure of 800 arşın square, has been constructed on state land by the persons named İbrâhim Davud Harb and Yakub Harb from the Ramallah village of Jerusalem. It has been understood from the report given by municipal engineers on 20 June 1901 that this house was rented to some Englishmen and that it was transformed by them into a school. Since it is not suitable to open an unlicensed school in the said location, it is appropriate to notify the Education Directorate in order to take necessary action in respect thereof and to issue an order to the municipal police force for summoning the said persons named Davud and Yakub Harp so as to take a double tax for the unlicensed construction of the building with the specified features. The 12th of Huzayrân (1)317 (25h of June 1901). [6 signatures] |
