Description | We announce that the report presented by the Post and Telegraph Directorate in Jerusalem dated on the 9th of August, number 53 and which was referred to this department, stated that according to the communication from Beirut Directorate number 60, a higher decree was issued about postal offices that are allowed to deal with foreign kingdoms are estimated at 70 offices that are located around the Empire’s coasts and places where trains pass through. This decree is taking effect from the 19th of August (1)317. Since the Post and Telegraph Directorate in Jerusalem is part of the 70 centers, it can deal with these offices from the stated date. Therefore, the procedures were announced on the 12th of Agustos (1)317 (25th of August 1901). [1 signature] |
