Description | It was previously offered to Hasan Fehmi Abdulgaffar Effendi, former doctor of the hospital, to have a pension stoppage by five percent for the retirement fund. However, he stated that no cut must be made from his pension since he was not a municipal doctor. An inquiry was made about this matter in the official letter sent to the Sanjak Administrative Council on 19 March 1892 and in the verdict given by the said council on 24 March 1892, it was stated that no cut must be made. Upon this verdict, not cut has been made. It is thus appropriate to relegate the matter to the said council in order to declare that a kind attitude be exhibited as regards this matter. The 8th of Tishrîn Awwal (1)313 (20th of October 1897). [2 signatures] |
