Description | Upon the letter given by the engineer Nafi Nasri Effendi on 25 November 1901 It was stated in the report given last night by the municipal engineer that two walls of the house, situated in the street known by the name of Zamarya located in the Nasari neighborhood within the kaza of Jerusalem, are about to collapsed and pose a serious threat. During the investigation, it was understood that Hanene Marya and his brother İskender, who are the houseowners, are from the people of Jaffa and are now located there. It is thus appropriate to send a telegram to the Kaymakamlık of Jaffa so as to warn them that for either the demolition or reparation of the said walls, they must be here until next evening or send a reliable person and that, if they are late in doing so, due actions shall be taken in accordance with the 48. article of the Public Buildings Regulation. The 22nd of Tishrîn Thânî (1)317 (5th of December 1901). [3 signatures] |
