Description | The council has decided to issue a license for Khalîl al-Shâter al-Trâbulsî and his people to work in the confectionary business in the coffeehouse of Hâj Mûsâ IZhîmân which is located in Bâb Khân al-Zayt for 30 days, starting from the eleventh month of (1)314, on condition that no women or minors are employed there. A fee of 95 piasters according to the official currency should be collected for the municipal council. The work should be done politely and under the supervision of the police and security officers.
