In accordance with the report of the municipal doctor Effendi, that the fish [bought] at the store of Shmit Cohen is unfit for eating and [therefore] unhealthy. So, it is to be confiscated and to be discarded of. Accordingly, this decision was taken on the 15th of Mârt (1)315 (27th of March 1899).
