Description | A pharmacy in the vicinity of Madrasah of Şarlot: It is opened by the Austrian subject Sefand Asterin [?] who is from the Seknaç (?) community A pharmacy in the vicinity of Telvab el-Musâbîn (?): It is opened by the American subject Lemo Haras [?] A pharmacy in the vicinity of the Jewish Neighborhood: It is opened by the Spanish subject Yosef Rahtemye [?] The abovementioned named, who belong to the class of pharmacists, do not hold diplomas from the Imperial School of Medicine, but they nonetheless have opened pharmacies and they exercise this occupation. There are verdicts banning those pharmacists practicing this occupation without a diploma, issued by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Ministry of Public Health. It is of utmost necessity to report to the related consulates that these individuals should close their pharmacies. The 9th of Huzayrân (1)313 (21st of June 1897). |
