Description Upon the correspondence, dated 1 June 1315, sent from the Public Debts Administration, regarding the salt silo
For the purpose of road expansion, the said place was confiscated and included into the road. There is no necessity to give a place owned by the municipality in exchange for such places confiscated for public good; moreover, the moats, which would be filled and over which buildings would be constructed, do not belong only to the municipality and half of the incomes of the buildings to be constructed must be given to the military. As regards this matter, nothing can be said by the municipality as of now and a commission, composed by the municipality and the military, shall soon be formed to tackle this problem. Since necessary action shall be taken following the discussion of the request by the Public Debts Administration and the letter by the Ministry of Finance as regards this matter and in accordance with the ensuant decision, it is appropriate to write in reply to the said directorate and, if necessary, to the Ministry of Finance.
