Description | The needed officers and municipal inspectors (jâwîshîyya) have been appointed to prevent the passing of carriages and loads while the fixation of domes and arches is completed. Since it was found that those officers will not be sufficient, four traffic wardens (takârnih) have been appointed in order to be present day and night. Accordingly, four traffic wardens have been employed with each a daily wage of 10 piasters starting on the stated date, and continuing until after the Emperor’s arrival. In order to obtain approval, this decision was issued on the 13th of Tishrîn Awwal (1)314 (25th of October 1898). [5 signatures] |
