Description

In accordance with the request by Muhammad Ibrâhîm al-Bâstî Requesting a permit to measure (taqrît) his home at Bâb Hittah Quarter, it has been found that the road leading to his home is three and a half cubits wide. In order to widen it up to eight cubits, it is necessary to leave two and a quarter cubits from the two sides [of the road]. In order to be given the mentioned permit under the condition to leave two and a quarter cubits from the side of his home overlooking the road, this decision was taken on the 10th of Mârt (1)315 (22nd of March 1899).
