Description | It has been stated by the inspector officials that the two sheep, slaughtered after they had been perished, were taken away from the said Ahmed Cebri and Umsa (?) Baytar at the Maarif Han and killed afterwards. Thus, it is appropriate to notify the matter to the Iranian Consulate for the collection of the fine imposed on the person named Ahmed Cebri, who is an Iranian subject; to reject the document of objection given by Umsa Baytar, who is a subject of the Ottoman State, for re-trial, as it is impossible to appeal the adjudication notices given by the municipality; and to notify the Kaymakamlık of Jaffa that the demanded fine of 10 quarter mejidies must be immediately collected from him. The 25th of Huzayrân (1)317 (8th of July 1901). [4 signatures] |
