Description | Para ; Piasters: Mûsâ Al Qâ‘ûd house: 20 Para ; 47 Piasters Sheikh Mâdî house: 10 Para ; 48 Piasters Muhammad Al Mâlhî house: 10 Para ; 48 Piasters Bishârah Al Shâmî house, that belongs to the Roman Patriarchate: 10 Para ; 48 Piasters Total: 10 Para ; 192 Piasters We understand from the report dated on the 31st of Kânûn Thânî (1)321, presented by the municipality’s engineer Nasrî Effendi that the public sewer in Bâb Hittah quarter is filled with dirt, it has been blocked and needs to be repaired. A sum of 435 piasters is needed for these repairs, and we understand that 192 of this sum have been distributed on the four house owners as mentioned above. A municipal inspector, Mûsâ Aghâ Al Sabâstî has pledged to collect the money. The council has decided to repair the mentioned sewer with the knowledge of one of us, Andûnî Effendi and the recommended engineer. The rest of the money, which is 242 piasters and 30 paras to be paid in installments, will be paid from the municipality’s treasury. In order to obtain the approval, this decision was issued on the 1st of Shubât (1)321 (14th of February 1906). [6 signatures] |
