Description | Upon the letter, dated 1 September 1901 and numbered 122, regarding the license of the steam engine to be run in Halil and sent to Cirbis İlyas Badur (?) It has been understood that the license of the said steam milling machine is on behalf of İlyas Badur from Jerusalem. According to the map formerly drawn up by the municipal engineer İbrahim Effendi, it has been understood that his license was granted via the letter, dated 7 June 1892 and dated 115, sent by the Ministry of Commerce and Public Works, and that there is a second copy of that map. Even though the original license has been lost, it is stated by the engineer that it is possible to adopt the said machine to its map, which, as specified, has a second copy and is hereby presented. Therefore, as stated in the letter by the Ministry of Commerce and Public Works, the said factory has one second-class boiler; and if it conforms with the said map and if its location is considered appropriate, no harm has been seen against its operation. Nevertheless, if deemed suitable to accordingly realize the necessary inspection and application, it would be appropriate to send as regards this matter a command in reply to the Kaymakamlık of Halil in order to send it to the said engineer. The 6th of Aylûl (1)317 (19th of September 1901). [5 signatures] |
