Description | Need of a decree regarding the postal dispatch of vaccines: Upon the understanding that vaccines were out of stock in Jerusalem, an official letter was written to the Beirut Mayoralty and 30 vaccines were imported. In the letter coming from the Beirut Mayoralty, it was stated that the vaccine fee is 7.5 Medjidie and that the mailing fee and stamp fee were 4 piasters. For the posting of items of vaccines and the dispatch of this money to Jerusalem, it would be appropriate to send a decree to the kaymakamlık of the kaza. The 14th of Kânûn Awwal (1)310 (26th of December 1894). [4 signatures] |
