Description

In accordance with the request by Mrs. Nusaybah and Mrs. Mandhûmah, the daughters of the deceased Muhammad Haddûtah beseeching to suspend the building under construction by Mary Banûrah, the head of Convent of the Sisters of Zion. The suspension of construction has been decided by virtue of announcement number 12 by the court of first instance dated on the 30th of Mârt (1)310 and kept by the ladies. [However,] now and in accordance with the above-mentioned request, the construction should be suspended for fifteen days starting from the date [below] in conformity with Public Buildings Regulation. In order to have the necessary record, this decision was taken on the 13th of Mâyis (1)315 (24th of May 1899).
