Description | Upon the petition given by the pharmacist Mityalverns (?) Effendi on 2 April 1902 It has been understood from records that the petitioner pharmacist Mityalverns (?) Effendi has for long carried out his profession in Jerusalem and that he has a diploma, dated 28 February 1888 and numbered 147, taken from the Imperial School of Medicine. It has been understood from his statement in the petition that in addition to his current pharmacy in Jerusalem, he wants to open another pharmacy in Bethlehem under his own supervision and responsibility. Since it has been understood from the letter by the local directorate, that, as he presents himself, he is one of the certified pharmacist and that there is a need to have a pharmacy in Bethlehem, it is appropriate to inquire the mutasarrifate so as to notify the directorate of the said kaza that there is no inconvenience for him to carry out his profession and for that pharmacy to be opened. The 25th of Mârt (1)318 (7th of April 1902). [7 signatures] |
