The council has decided to ______ water from the cistern of the (Muskûfiyya) to use it for sprinkling the street, with each hundred qurba of water costing 23 piasters to be paid in installments . And the price is to be paid from the treasury of the municipality in Jerusalem. In order to certify this, this decision was taken on the 23rd of Aylûl (1)313 (5th of October 1897).
