Description | For decorations inside and outside the city, installation of 2,900 bell jars and 678 sanjaks planned to be installed alongside roads, lighting, putting candles and employing watchers day and night for the protection of the said goods, a contract has been drawn up with Corci Cevheriye (?) Effendi for 800 piasters as respected current akçe in accordance with the hereby presented contract certificate. It has been stipulated that 3000 piasters of the said sum be paid in advance, 3,000 piasters three days after the arrival of the German Emperor and 2000 piasters two days after his arrival. As regards taking due action in respect thereof, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Sanjak’s Accounting. Undated. |
