Description | Our council is attentive to the fact that no unlicensed school and church are constructed in Ramallah, Beyt Cala, Ayn Karim and such big villages unless there is any intervention by municipal councils in the buildings to be constructed in villages and it has turned out that, due to the proximity of the village of Beyt Cala to the kaza of Bethlehem, it would be more appropriate for it to be taken into consideration by the municipality there. Hence, it is appropriate to inform the said kaza directorate with a decree that the Bethlehem Municipal Council pay attention to the fact that no school and church are constructed in the said village. The 23rd of Tishrîn Awwal (1)311 (4th of November 1895). [6 signatures] |
