Description | In the letter, dated 9 February 1898 and numbered 533, sent from the Directorate of Imperial Armory, it has been ordered that the fireworks necessary for organizing night entertainment in sacred night and holy days be demanded from the Imperial Armory. Therefore, as written in the bill enclosed herewith on the occasion of the anniversary of our Sultan, the municipal offices of the sanjak of Jerusalem requires fireworks at a cost of 4,250 piasters. It is appropriate to send a letter from the mutasarrifate to the said directorate in order to notify that these fireworks be delivered here as soon as possible and that their cost be paid when they arrive here.
