Description | According to the higher orders dated on the 1st of Tammûz (1)317, number 38 presented from the administration of the higher medical offices, the smallpox functionary, Husayn Ramzî Effendi, has been allowed to go to his home town, Jarmîk, which is affiliated with Sanjak Darghani, for a period of three months. It has been understood from the report given from the municipal Doctor, that there is no objection for him to leave his post for three months. Since the recommended person wants to leave tomorrow, Friday, the 3rd of August (1)317 and to help him during the three months starting from the stated date, this decision was taken on the 1st of Agustos (1)317 (14st of August 1901).
