The council has decided to rent out the room directly adjacent to the city wall on the road leading to the sanctuary of Nabi Dawûd (peace be upon him) and the stables
behind the city door leading to same sanctuary for the period of one year from Kânûn Awal (1)313, with a rent of 8 riyâl majîdi for the room and 5 majîdiyyat for the stables, to Abrâm Râsu (al Mûsawi). This amount is to be paid ____ upfront. In order to certify this, this decision was taken on the 15th of Kânûn awal (1)313 (27th of December 1897).
