Description | An estimation has been made about the approximate expenditure for eight pieces of water gutter and it has been understood that they would require a cost of 1,200 piasters as respected current akçe. It is demanded that 70-100 water skins of water and barrel be given daily to the newcomer Ottoman soldiers, but there is no financial source in our council’s budget for such expenditures. Even if a decision is taken to cover it through non-budgetary means, there is no money at the municipal fund. As the said requirements cannot be met, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Sanjak’s Accounting so as to find a way to cover it from the Goods’ Fund. The 14th of Tishrîn Awwal (1)314 (26th of October 1898). [6 signatures] |
