Description | The places, which are located in the vicinity of Davud Aleyhisselam and belong to the persons named Hacı Said Davudi, Ahmed bin Suheda Arnavut, Hacı Said, Selim Vahab and Muhammed Abdulceyl (?) Al Davudi, are about to collapse and pose threat to passersby. Hence, in accordance with the 48. article of the Public Buildings Regulation, an official letter was sent to each said person as regards the immediate demolition of these places. However, as nothing has changed until now, a committee has been formed by our council member Hacı Huseyn Davudi Effendi, the engineer İbrahim Effendi and an official from the municipal police force for the purpose of demolishing the said places. This committee and the neighborhood muhtar have inspected the buildings, drawn up a mandate and decided to demolish the buildings. It is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Municipal Police Force in order to take necessary action in respect thereof. The 28th of kânûn thâni (1)313 (9th of February 1898). [No signatures] |
