Description | It was announced in the telegram dated on the 4th of Huzayrân (1)317, that the house of Hâj Muhammad Effendi Abû al Su‘ûd and his relatives should be demolished. The mentioned house has been demolished, and the council has decided that selling the rubble and collecting demolition fees needs time, but it is necessary to pay part of the fees. Accordingly, the council has decided to pay 363 piasters in installments from the municipality’s treasury to one of the members, Sa‘d al Dîn Effendi in order to settle the rent of the deed, as a form of compensation until the price of the rubble is paid. In order to obtain approval, this decision was taken on the 26th of Huzayrân (1)317 (9th of July 1901). [5 signatures] |
