Given the arrival of the awaited tourism season, it was necessary to level the dirt found in the land of the people mentioned above. Accordingly, the council has decided to write special notifications to the owners of these lands, and give them a period of 10 days to clean their plots of land. If they do not abide by the instructions, the council will collect the expenses from them. In order for this be clarified, this decision has been taken on the 25th of Tammûz (1)314 (6th of August 1898).
