Description | Upon the telegram sent on 15 March 1898 by the Ministry of Internal Affairs When the regulation stated to have been sent on 19 August 1894 arrived here, the matter was thereupon announced to the villages of the kaza of Jerusalem. Whenever there is an occurrence of smallpox in a village, it becomes possible to receive information thereof up to 24 hours at least or 3 days at most depending on the remoteness of the village in question. In case of the news being correct, a few cavalries and the vaccination official or the municipal doctor shall be sent to take necessary measures. The 11th of Mârt (1)314 (23rd of March 1898).
