Description | Upon the petition presented by the people of Beyt Cala village regarding the exemption of the buildings to be constructed in their village from building tax It is requested that the buildings to be constructed in the village of Beyt Cala be exempted from building tax, as is the case in other villages. However, in the letter submitted to the municipality by the Office of Main Register of Revenues after their arrival on 18 May 1891 together with the mandate, dated 23 May 1898 and numbered 60, arranged by the Office of Main Register of Revenues, it is stated that, following the examination by the Office of Main Register of Revenues and the Office of Land Registry of the certificates shown by the owners of the buildings to be constructed both inside and outside of towns and villages, and the writing of a marginal note, a license mandate be given by the municipal offices. Thus, as the buildings constructed there in compliance with the size of the said village shall be subjected to license in accordance with the order issued by the Bethlehem Municipal Council in respect thereof, it is appropriate to inquire into the Bethlehem Directorate about the procedure taken in this village and other villages belonging to the said vill, with the task of taking due action in respect thereof to be dealt with later. The 24th of Tammûz (1)324 (6th of August 1908). [5 signatures] |
