Description In the petition presented by Arif Naşaşibi Effendi, it was stated that the roof a shop, located in the Bab-al-Amûd neighborhood, and owned by a Jew named Hovave Azra Davud Kukya (?) from the subjects of the Russian state, is in a dilapidated situation and so the room above this shop, in which resides the disabled child of the deceased Musa Naşaşibi Effendi and whose guardian is the petitioner, is also about to collapse, posing a threat to passerby. Hereupon the said place was inspected and it was understood that it posed a real threat to passerby and that the inconvenience in question must be immediately removed. In accordance with the 48. Article of the Public Buildings Regulation, a warning has been issued to the said guardian for either the demolition or reparation of the said place within eight days as of notification. A warning written in the name of Russian Hovace Azra (?) has also been hereby presented and it is appropriate to obtain a second signed copy of it from him and to notify it to the Russian Consulate. The 12th of Huzayrân (1)317 (25h of June 1901).
