The abovementioned locations have deteriorated and are dangerous to public. Their owners have been warned to renovate these property however none has taken any measures on this matter. Thus, according to the 48th article of the Building Regulation, our member Yusuf Nesibe Effendi (?) and engineer İbrahim Effendi, who are appointed, together with an official appointed by the mukhtars and municipality police, will prepare a report for the demolishing of these property. Thus, the municipality police should be contacted to appoint an official from the municipality police. The 15th of Kânûn Thânî (1)312 (27th of January 1897).
