A wall belonging to Mâriza'l-kur‘a (?) Monastery in Nasâri Neighborhood A house belonging to the Greek monasteries in Bâb-ı Hıtta Neighborhood A shop belonging to Ömer Effendi Mahmud ed-Dâvûdî in Bâb-ı Hıtta Neighborhood A wall belonging to Şeyh Said Effendi el-Muğberî (?) in Bâb-ı Hıtta Neighborhood A wall belonging to the pharmacist Abdülgaffar el-Kassâs, who is a Spanish subject, in Bâb-ı Hıtta Neighborhood A house belonging to Abdülgaffar el-Kassâs in the vicinity of Kantaratü Hafîd A wall belonging to Ömer Effendi ed-Dekâk in the location of Derecetü't-tâbûz (?). The abovementioned locations have deteriorated and are dangerous to public. Their owners have been warned to renovate these property however none has taken any measures on this matter. Thus, according to the 48th article of the Building Regulation, our member Yusuf Nesibe Effendi (?) and engineer İbrahim Effendi, who are appointed, together with an official appointed by the mukhtars and municipality police, will prepare a report for the demolishing of these property. Thus, the municipality police should be contacted to appoint an official from the municipality police. The 15th of Kânûn Thânî (1)312 (27th of January 1897). |
