Description | It has been understood from the report, dated on the 24rd of Tishrîn Thânî (1)321, number 68, presented by the municipal Effendi Doctor, that Mahmûd Aghâ, a municipal inspector, has been sick for 30 days, and suffers from Down Syndrome (al Mânghûlyâ), and needs three more months to completely recover. Since tasks allocated to this municipal inspector are of great importance, someone needs to be appointed in his place. A decision has been issued in Tishrîn Thânî to hire Omar Bûjah as deputy for a temporary period during Tishrîn Awwal. However, since the municipal inspector needs to stay off work for three months, Omar Bûjah was kept as an employee for the mentioned period; the salary for that particular job will be divided in half between the municipal inspector and his deputy, starting from Tishrîn Thânî until Shubât (1)321. In order to obtain an approval, this decision was issued on the 28th of Tishrîn Thânî (1)321 (11th of December 1905). [5 signatures] |
