The macadam going from Bâbülhalil to the municipal hospital, whose reparation has been decided to be undertaken by İlyas Abu Halim. 2,200 meter x a price of 20 piasters = 44,000 piasters
The macadam going from the municipal restaurant to Birket-i Hücce, whose reparation has been decided to be undertaken by Hanna İlyas Zünnânîr (?). 1,000 meter x a price of 20 piasters = 20,000 piasters
The macadam going from Jaffa to the Seyyidinâ Ukkâşe road, whose reparation and arrangement have been decided to be undertaken by Atâ el-Kâfî (?) = 1,710 piasters
The road going from the Jaffa macadam to the Madrasah of Şenîler (?), whose reparation has been decided to be undertaken by Ataullah Süleyman Sekâlî (?). 240 meter x a price of 9.30 piasters = 2,340 piasters
Total = 68,050 piasters
The arrangement and reparation expenses of the roads outside the city have been put on Dutch auction. It has been decided that the work be undertaken by the above-written people at a rate of 68,050 piasters as respected current akçe. The 15th of Tammûz (1)314 (27th of July 1898).
