Counterfoils of the vaccination cards shall be sent to the Ministry of Medicine by the local administration; and approval bills be sent sent to the Ministry of Medicine by vaccination officials and municipal doctors. The provisions of the 11., 16., 17. and 19. articles of the Vaccination Regulation state that a register shall be arranged and delivered to the Ministry of Medicine so as to indicate the names of those vaccinated within one year, those not vaccinated due to inattentiveness, illness or the inefficiency of vaccination, and those coming from other kazas and villages lacking of vaccination.
