Description | Upon the mutasarrifate’s letter, dated 30 January 1911 and numbered 439, regarding the necessary action for confiscation in accordance with the Real Estate Confiscation Law, as it has been considered necessary that the land, which is located in the village of Silvân and is owned by the inheritors of Abdülvadud (?) and the person named Evlâd-ı Al Gûn (?), be confiscated The said land has been inspected by a special committee composed in accordance with the 6. and 7. articles of the Real Estate Confiscation Regulation in effect on this matter. Each archine has then been appraised at 2.5 Francs, and and in accordance with the 8. article of the regulation, an announcement has been made about the situation for a period of eight days. A petition has been presented by the real estate owners Salih Al Gûl from the Silvân village and his partners, in which they raise an objection against the estimated price. Hence, the necessary investigation has been held by our council and the estimated price has thus been observed to be at a proper limit and normal. The aforesaid petition presented by them in this regard is hereby presented, and it is appropriate to take due action in respect thereof. The 21st of Shubât (1)326 (6th of March 1911). |
