Description | According to higher orders dated on the 3rd of Mayîs (1)317, number four, which were presented from the state’s council presidency about a field doctor to inspect health matters in the Sanjak, a decision from the district administrative council dated on the 12th of Aylûl (1)317 was issued to pay the municipal doctor a sum of 400 piasters for his travels. The doctor will tour the Sanjak by train to inspect health matters. Another 200 piasters will be added to the hospital doctor’s salary for carrying out the duties of the municipal doctor during his absence. Upon presenting the matter to the relevant body, the reply from the Ministry of Interior came on the 17th of Kânûn Thânî (1)317, number 115, to accept this recommendation. Accordingly, a decree was issued to pay the 400 piasters to the municipal doctor from the treasuries of municipal directorates in the district. Based upon the above mentioned decision of the district administrative council, the 200 piasters raise for the hospital Effendi doctor from the treasury of our department was approved, starting from Mayîs (1)318. In order to obtain approval, this decision was taken on the 27th of Nîsân (1)318 (10th of May 1902). [3 signatures] |
