Description | Upon the two petitions, presented on 10 March 1325 and 14 March 1910 by the inhabitants of some villages regarding the road tax and then relegated to the municipality These petitions have been examined by our council. The fact that animals enter in places inside and outside the city leads not only to a deterioration of city road but also to piling up of rubbish. Therefore, the said tax was imposed on them, and it was ordered and communicated in the Ministry of Internal Affairs’ letter dated 29 May 1910 and numbered 67 that this tax be continued to be taken. Hence, as the tax in question must continue to be taken, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to whom it may concern for thus explaining the matter to the petitioners. The 1st of Mârt (1)326 (14th of March 1910). |
